Beautiful day the Lord has given us! Thank You, Lord, for another day.

If it weren’t for Dun we would not have any friends because I hate to write. I had rather work with numbers :)   However, I do love to hear from folks and really enjoyed the responses to this blog.

And I did write this. Hope Dun doesn’t find out I can type.

I feel so good even after dialysis!  Didn’t even take a very long nap so I had time to do a few things.

Dun has been busy in the yard.  Thank you, Lord, for the yard and workshop that Dun enjoys.

Julieann is still trying to get rid of the rest of the stuff in our storage shed in Leesburg.  THANK YOU, Julieann!

I made a pie with new recipe today.  Wanted to see if we want to fix it for the get-together when all my 1st cousins are coming for a ‘mini reunion’ next month.  Dun and I will try it later.

I went to the grocery store all by myself today :)   1st time in a looooong time.  But I missed the old man!

It was really busy at dialysis today.  The chairs are now full for 2 shifts.  (We are on first shift at 7 AM).  I had a long time getting the bleeding to stop at my access.  All is well now.

Dun and I at at Burger King.  The spring break kids are here from all over the country.  We had a good visit with nice group from George Mason University in D. C.   then I had a long nap and now going to make a pot of chili for tomorrow.

We returned home today from Leesburg.  It was so wonderful to visit and love our families.  Didn’t stay long  because couldn’t get dialysis down there.

We had a good visit with a lot of friends in the “Sparrows” fellowship group!

Thank The Lord, I have had two really good weeks.  Michael, Wendy and Nathaniel came to see us and I felt like being a Grandma.  Then Shirley and Ron Hudson spent a few days with us.  They went into missionary training in 1971 with us.  Thank you for all your prayers.
